What to avoid and include in child's packed school lunch


Now that students are back in school, it's even more important that their bodies are fueled with proper nutrients. KTVO spoke with dietitian Carrie Snyder and she gave us some healthy lunch options for kids. Snyder says parents should buy processed foods like chips and candies less frequently and instead focus on protein and fiber rich foods.
