Allison Edwards, RDN, MS, LDN
Dietitian

Allison Edwards is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Lactation Consultant serving patients at Northeast Family Health in Kirksville and Edina Family Health in Edina, Missouri. A Kirksville native, Allison is proud to serve the community that has given so much to her and her family.

 

Allison earned her master’s degree in Nutrition with a concentration in Sport Nutrition from the University of Central Missouri and completed her dietetic internship with Garden to Table Nutrition. She works with patients of all ages and dietary needs, providing personalized nutrition guidance and lactation support tailored to each individual's health goals and lifestyle.

 

Allison is passionate about helping patients develop healthy, sustainable habits and providing families with the education and support they need to feel confident in their health and nutrition choices. As a Certified Lactation Consultant, she also provides individualized lactation consultations to support mothers and families throughout their breastfeeding journey.

 

Outside of work, Allison enjoys spending time with her husband and children, walking her dog, cooking, and traveling. She is also a coffee enthusiast and enjoys being part of the community she is proud to call home.
