Patient Services Associate - Edina
Position Description:
The qualified candidate will be able to answer phones, schedule appointments, accept payment on patient accounts and help with additional office functions as needed to maintain smooth patient flow. The ideal candidate will enjoy patient interaction and have excellent communication skills, as well as be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and be computer literate. The candidate in this position spends a great deal of time on the phone with insurance companies determining eligibility and assisting patients with insurance applications. Experience working with electronic medical/dental records is a huge plus. Selected individual must be able to provide exceptional customer service to each and every patient. Prior Medical/Dental Office Experience and/or Insurance Experience preferred, but not required.
Medical Assistant (MA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)-Macon Family Health
Position Description:
The MA, LPN or RN will work in a high volume clinic where a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and support will be discovered. The ideal candidate will enjoy patient interaction and have proficient communication skills, as well as be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Must take pride in patient care by offering support in areas such as: computer skills, team player, and excellent patient/customer service. The MA, LPN or RN will be equipped to deliver high quality care by assisting patients in and out of exam rooms, taking vital signs, coordinate patient meds, prescriptions, labs, blood draws, injections, specimen collection, patient notifications and other clinic functions as needed to maintain a smooth office flow.
Pharmacy Manager-Pharmacist
Position Description:
The qualified candidate will oversee pharmacy operations within our community health center, supervising pharmacists, technicians and support staff while ensuring efficient medication dispensing and compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Key responsibilities include managing daily pharmacy operations, optimizing patient care, maintaining 340B Drug Pricing Program compliance, overseeing inventory and procurement, and providing staff education and training.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving skills, and commitment to patient privacy and regulatory compliance are a MUST. Experience with 340B programs and prior pharmacy management is preferred.
