Pharmacy Delivery Driver - Part Time
Position Description:
The qualified candidate will assist the Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technicians with packaging and delivering completed prescriptions and supplies to clinics and directly to patients' homes, while adhering to federal, state, and local regulations. Responsibilities include operating a vehicle, helping triage phone calls into the pharmacy department, running the register to check out prescriptions, accepting patient payments, maintaining a mileage log, and ensuring proper drug security and chain of custody. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail, accuracy, excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
LPN/RN Clinic Manager - Pediatric Clinic
Position Description:
The Clinic Manager is responsible for coordinating and supervising clinic operations, personnel management and daily office management activities. The Clinic Manager serves as a resource and clinic contact for interactions between internal and external entities, vendors, and partner agencies. Candidate must have a high level of integrity, respect and accountability in performing their duties and making sure clinic staff do as well, while also projecting a positive and professional image. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising clinical staff, maintaining involvement in daily clinic activities at all levels, assigning tasks and assessing workload distribution as needed, coordinate patient scheduling, registration and all clinic processes, serve as patient contact for clinical and billing issues, coordinate monthly staff meetings and serve as a liaison between staff and providers. Additionally, candidate will be responsible for participating in the new employee recruiting and hiring process and ensure adequate training and guidance for all clinic staff. Selected candidate will be responsible for facilitating conflict resolution as needed and be responsive to patient and staff complaints/concerns. Qualified candidate must be able to communicate effectively with diverse groups, maintain a high level of confidentiality and be able to multi-task and perform duties with limited supervision, as well as have a high level of proficiency when using computer programs and systems. Experience with electronic medical records preferred, but will train the right candidate. Excellent customer service with patient privacy, as outlined in HIPAA regulations, is a MUST. High school diploma or equivalent required. Preferred candidate will be an LPN or RN. Associates Degree, 2 years leadership/management experience and prior clinical experience preferred.
RN,LPN, or MA - Northeast Family Health
Position Description:
The RN, LPN or MA will work in a high volume clinic where a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and support will be discovered. The ideal candidate will enjoy patient interaction and have proficient communication skills, as well as be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Must take pride in patient care by offering support in areas such as: computer skills, team player, and excellent patient/customer service. The RN or LPN will be equipped to deliver high quality care by assisting patients in and out of exam rooms, taking vital signs, coordinate patient meds, prescriptions, labs, blood draws, injections, specimen collection, patient notifications and other clinic functions as needed to maintain a smooth office flow. Nurse Educator - RN
Position Description:
The qualified candidate will join the Envision Wellness interdisciplinary team and provide evidence-based diabetes self-management education and support (DSMES), nursing assessment, chronic disease education, care coordination, and population health services. Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans; providing diabetes education; supporting CGM, insulin pumps, and other diabetes technologies; coordinating care with providers and other healthcare professionals; conducting patient outreach and follow-up; and participating in community wellness, health screenings, quality improvement, and program development. Candidate must provide excellent patient care, communicate effectively, work independently and collaboratively, and have strong computer/EMR skills.
Position Description:
Pharmacist
The qualified candidate will be responsible for the full practice of pharmacy in accordance with applicable regulatory statutes and accreditation standards, including interpreting prescription orders, packaging, labeling, dispensing, administering, and distributing drugs and devices. The ideal candidate will accept full responsibility as a licensed pharmacist as defined by the Missouri Board of Pharmacy, and will meet all additional requirements set by the DEA, AAAHC, 340B, and other accrediting bodies. This role collaborates closely with providers on medication management, counsels patients on medication usage, monitors drug therapy in conformance with the OBRA Act, and oversees medication inventory, pricing, and record maintenance. The Pharmacist will also supervise staff and workflow processes, support employee training and development, and help ensure the pharmacy meets all legal and reporting requirements while maintaining professional and business practice standards.
