Medical/Dental Clinic Manager -  Macon

Position Description: 

The Clinic Manager is responsible for coordinating and supervising clinic operations, personnel management, and daily office management activities. The Clinic Manager serves as a resource and clinic contact for interactions between internal and external entities, vendors, and partner agencies. Candidates must have a high level of integrity, respect and accountability in performing their duties and making sure clinic staff do as well, while also projecting a positive and professional image. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising clinical staff, maintaining involvement in daily clinic activities at all levels, assigning tasks and assessing workload distribution as needed, coordinate patient scheduling, registration and all clinic processes, serve as patient contact for clinical and billing issues, coordinate monthly staff meetings and serve as a liaison between staff and providers

Position Description: 

The LPN or CMA will work in a high volume clinic where they will discover a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and support. The ideal candidate will enjoy patient interaction and have proficient communication skills, as well as be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.  Must take pride in patient care by offering support in areas such as: computer skills, team player, and excellent patient/customer service.  The LPN or CMA will be equipped to deliver high quality care by assisting patients in and out of exam rooms, taking vital signs, coordinate patient meds, prescriptions, labs, blood draws, injections, specimen collection, patient notifications and other clinic functions as needed to maintain a smooth office flow.

The preferred candidate to join our team will provide a continuum of mental health treatments by screening, assisting, and diagnosing at-risk Veteran patients. Candidate must be able to provide crisis intervention including risk assessments and counseling. Must utilize resources to address social and emotional factors related to the patient’s health care problems, as well as provide counseling and behavioral/mental health treatment services to all patients. Must ensure individualized treatment plans are completed in a timely manner.

Pediatrician

Position Description: 

The preferred candidate to join our team is a physician that enjoys working with children and has a desire to care for and treat the underserved. Services provided by our Pediatricians include treatment of patients in our outpatient clinic, minimal management of inpatient hospital care and the opportunity to teach health professionals, students and residents. Our Pediatric clinic is unique with behavioral health integration and is housed in the same location as our OB/Gyn and Dental clinics.

OB/Gyn Physician

Position Description: 

The preferred candidate to join our team is a physician that will provide high quality health care to women and has a desire to care for and treat the underserved. Services provided by our OB/GYN Physicians include the full range of obstetrics and gynecology specialty services, including outpatient visits and procedures, inpatient deliveries and surgeries as well as the opportunity to teach health professionals, students and residents. Our OB/GYN clinic is housed in the same location as our Pediatric and Dental clinics and in close contact with our behavioral health providers to allow patient centered, coordinated care.

We are looking to add a Dentist to our team that enjoys working with children and has a desire to care for and treat the underserved, including working on our Mobile Dental Unit. Services provided by our dentists include general dentistry, emergency needs, dentures, restorative work such as crowns, bridges, partials and periodontal services (gum treatment), hygiene and tissue management and sealants.

Certified Medical Interpreter

Position Description: 

We are seeking a CERTIFIED MEDICAL INTERPRETER to join our team!

Medical interpreters provide language services to non-English-speaking patients to help them communicate with doctors, nurses and other medical staff. Interpreters may translate such information as the reason for a medical visit, past medical history and family medical history, as well as explaining medical and surgical procedures, giving medical care instructions, providing drug information and scheduling follow-up appointments.
