Cassie Tilton, FNP-C

Cassie Tilton is a Family Nurse Practitioner serving patients in Northeast Missouri. She is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care and building meaningful relationships with patients and their families.

Originally from St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin, Cassie pursued her education at College of the Ozarks, North Arkansas College, Arkansas Tech University, and the University of Central Missouri. She values lifelong learning and believes that there is always something new to discover and learn throughout every stage of life.

​

 

Cassie has a special passion for diabetes care, inspired by her daughter’s diagnosis with Type 1 Diabetes. This personal experience has given her a deeper understanding of the challenges faced not only by patients living with diabetes, but also by their families and caregivers. She is committed to supporting patients and families through education, encouragement, and compassionate care while continuing to advocate for improved diabetes treatment and research.

Outside of work, Cassie enjoys spending time with her husband of 15 years, Dr. Matthew Tilton, and their three children, Noah, Zachary, and Adalyn. She considers her faith and family to be the foundation of a joyful and fulfilling life and believes that finding happiness in the small, everyday moments is the key to lasting joy.
