Dr. Joseph Novinger is a physician at Northeast Family Health. Dr. Novinger is married to his wife, Sandra, and they have three daughters — Cassandra, Natalie and Annaliese. He enjoys spending time outdoors hunting and fishing. He also likes to play the occasional round of golf.

Dr. Novinger enjoys working at Northeast Missouri Health Council because he gets to provide care to a diverse group of patients, regardless of their ability to pay. He also feels fortunate to work with such an awesome team. Dr. Novinger also likes that he is able to serve his alma mater, ATSU-KCOM, as a faculty member.
