Dr. Michelle Kenney is a compassionate board‑certified pediatrician at Northeast Pediatrics in Kirksville, Missouri.  A native of Northeast Missouri, she returned to her community to provide comprehensive care for children and adolescents. Dr. Kenney earned her medical degree from the University of Missouri Columbia School of Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at the same institution.

 

At Northeast Pediatrics, she offers a wide range of pediatric services, including well‑child care, immunizations, acute illness management, developmental support, and guidance for families navigating children’s health needs. She is known for her patient-centered approach, her ability to make children feel comfortable during visits, and her dedication to educating families about healthy growth and wellness.

 

Outside of medicine, she enjoys sewing, baking, and crafting, and is dedicated to serving families where she lives and works.
