Dr. Michelle Kenney is a compassionate, board-certified pediatrician serving patients at Northeast Pediatrics in Kirksville, Missouri. A native of Northeast Missouri, she is proud to have returned to her community to provide comprehensive, high-quality care for children and adolescents.

Dr. Kenney earned her medical degree from the University of Missouri–Columbia School of Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at the same institution. She brings extensive experience in pediatric care and is dedicated to supporting children and families through every stage of childhood.

 

 

At Northeast Pediatrics, Dr. Kenney provides a wide range of pediatric services, including well-child care, immunizations, acute illness management, developmental support, and guidance for families navigating their children's health needs. Known for her patient-centered approach and ability to make children feel comfortable during visits, she is committed to educating families and helping children grow up healthy and well.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Kenney enjoys sewing, baking, and crafting. She is proud to serve the families and communities where she lives and works.
